This role involves supporting and managing Microsoft cloud services, including Azure and Microsoft 365, ensuring security, performance, and seamless integration across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support of Exchange hybrid environment
- Support and implementation of MS Entra Identity and Security
- Administer solutions from 3rd party cloud and on-prem environments
- Follow Microsoft Well Architected solutions governance
- Troubleshoot Azure and M365 performance issues
