About this role

Technical Service Principal Technician delivering technical support across food and beverage applications, including formulation development, bench-top and pilot-plant testing, and documentation for customer initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform bench-top and pilot plant project support for customer initiatives and opportunities aligned with our Texture and Healthful Solutions Go-To-Market strategy
  • Work across diverse range of food categories to provide hands-on support and identify innovative solutions
  • Support development of demos, prototypes, and application validations
  • Conduct qualification and application testing to assist with product management
  • Deliver and generate technical information for product promotion and customer communications

Technical Overview

Hands-on lab and pilot-scale testing, GMP compliance, cross-functional collaboration with technical service, sales, and marketing, and preparation of technical reports and demonstrations.
