Senior Compensation Analyst supports compensation philosophy and administers compensation programs, including labor market analyses, job description oversight, and annual planning cycles within a remote-capable environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end compensation projects
- Drive job architecture initiatives
- Manage compensation systems updates (Workday, MarketPay, JDXpert, HRSoft)
- Conduct market and trend analyses
- Assist with job descriptions and internal equity analyses
Technical Overview
Experience with compensation applications (Workday, HRSoft, MarketPay, JDXpert); advanced Excel; data analysis; UAT; change management; vendor coordination.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior compensation analyst with 4-6 years of HR/compensation experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with compensation systems like Workday/MarketPay/JDXpert/HRSoft. They can lead compensation projects, plan the annual cycle, and translate business needs into compensation strategies.
