About this role
This role partners with HR and business leaders to execute compensation strategy using data-driven insights. You will manage survey strategy, perform market review analysis, support compensation cycles, and deliver end-to-end compensation projects including pay equity and incentive design.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compensation support for global compensation processes and programs
- Conduct rigorous compensation analyses for offers, promotions, market adjustments, and retentions
- Lead end-to-end compensation projects and deliver actionable recommendations
- Manage annual and quarterly compensation cycles for assigned clients
- Manage survey submissions and market benchmarking activities with strong accuracy
Technical Overview
The technical emphasis is on compensation analytics and HR data systems, including Oracle Cloud and compensation survey/market benchmarking workflows. Work includes analyzing market trends, producing defensible recommendations, and managing annual and quarterly compensation cycles.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of compensation experience supporting global compensation programs and cycles. They are strong in compensation survey strategy, market benchmarking, and rigorous compensation analysis (offers, promotions, market adjustments, retentions) using HR data systems such as Oracle Cloud.
Must-Have Skills
