About this role
This role develops, implements, and administers compensation programs for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region across 13 countries. It leads the design and governance of incentive and specialized compensation plans, consults HR and business leaders, and ensures compliance with compensation policies, regulations, and tax/legal requirements.

- Develop and implement compensation programs aligned to regional objectives
- Design and administer base pay, incentive, and rewards programs
- Provide compensation counsel and consult HR Business Partners and leaders
- Benchmark the marketplace and conduct internal/external benchmarking studies
- Audit job content and prepare job descriptions while ensuring tax and legal compliance
