About this role
Senior Computer Network Architect responsible for end-to-end design and modernization of TSA’s enterprise network across on-premises, hybrid cloud, and OT environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural development of LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, campus networking; produce design documentation and transition packages; validate designs in lab and pre-production; plan cutovers for network upgrades; ensure interoperability between TSA IT and OT networks
Technical Overview
Architects LAN/WAN and SD-WAN, designs connectivity solutions, and guides migration to cloud-native services; ensures designs meet TSA security, availability, and performance requirements; develops design docs and transition packages; collaborates with TSA stakeholders and O&M contractor for interoperability.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior network architect with at least 6 years designing enterprise networks in federal environments, strong experience with SD-WAN, campus networking, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and ability to plan and execute complex cutovers.
