Manage assigned new store, remodel, and other construction projects from planning and design through construction completion and grand opening. Own project cost and schedule accountability, oversee consultants and contractors, and maintain budget, payment, and change-order governance while liaising with senior leadership.

- Oversee architects, engineers, and outside consultants; negotiate fees and monitor progress and quality
- Bid, negotiate, and oversee General Construction Contracts while maintaining budgets and schedules
- Maintain governance for budgets, payments, and change orders; track Capital Expenditure Requests
