Key Responsibilities

Execute financial and analytical workstreams across buy-side and sell-side FDD engagements
Analyze large datasets for trends and risks
Build financial models, data pipelines, and visualization tools
Draft client-facing reports and data books
Participate in management interviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Technical Overview

Stack includes Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, R, and advanced Excel; experience with Snowflake and Databricks; focus on quality of earnings and EBITDA analysis within M&A contexts.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior level financial due diligence professional with 3-5 years of experience in M&A and transaction analytics, strong modeling and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx), and the ability to work across buy-side and sell-side engagements with cross-functional teams.
