About this role
The Senior Contracts & Legal Specialist manages the full contract lifecycle and ensures contract compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. The role drafts, reviews, redlines, negotiates, executes, and manages renewals/terminations while optimizing contracting workflows in LinkSquares.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle including intake, drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and renewals/terminations
- Review and redline contracts to ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain and optimize contracting processes within LinkSquares
- Route documents for deviation reviews and approvals and manage signature routing
- Handle expirations and prepare subpoena responses in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Technical Overview
This is a legal contracting role using the LinkSquares contract management system for data entry, document naming, tagging, and filing. The candidate supports contract templates, clause library/playbook development, and coordinates with Operations and Medical Records for medical records-related requests.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior contracts and legal professional with 6+ years of contracting experience managing the full contract lifecycle in a law firm or corporate legal department. They are strong in contract drafting, redlining, negotiation, and regulatory compliance, and have hands-on experience using LinkSquares. Healthcare/regulated industry experience and willingness to be a Notary are major strengths.
