Senior Corporate Counsel to support complex real estate and strategic transactions within AMD's in-house legal team, focusing on data centers, leases, and related agreements across multiple states and provinces.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal support for real estate transactions; Draft/review leases, subleases, assignments, SNDAs, estoppels, and guaranties; Evaluate data center agreements; Support joint ventures and co-investments; Conduct due diligence and advise on risks

Technical Overview

In-house transactional real estate law with emphasis on leases, guarantees, and complex financings; cross-border and cross-functional collaboration; due diligence and risk mitigation.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced in-house real estate lawyer with a JD and active bar membership, adept at negotiating complex data center leases, structuring guarantees, and managing multiparty transactions across cross-functional teams.
