About this role
Nerdio is looking for a Senior Customer Advocacy Specialist to build and scale a customer advocacy program. The role focuses on turning customer success stories into reference relationships, brand ambassadors, and pipeline-generating assets while coordinating with PMM, demand gen, sales, and customer success teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage customer advocacy program end-to-end
- Produce customer case studies, video testimonials, and success stories
- Manage peer review platform presence and response campaigns
- Use AI to identify potential advocates and scale content generation
- Partner with sales and SDR teams to maintain a searchable customer reference database and support events
Technical Overview
The position is not software-engineering focused but requires operational program skills around customer proof and social validation. It includes using AI to identify potential advocates and to generate or reformat customer advocacy content for use across the buyer journey and peer review platforms.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior customer advocacy or customer success-focused specialist who can build and scale an end-to-end customer advocacy program. They manage customer references, produce case studies and testimonials, optimize presence on review platforms like G2, Gartner Peer Insights, and Trustpilot, and partner tightly with sales, SDR, demand gen, and PMM—using AI to identify advocates and scale content.
