OddBytes is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to transform data into clear insights that drive product, business, and operational decisions. The role leads analytics for a product area, defines KPIs and success metrics, validates data quality, and uses AI tools responsibly to accelerate analysis and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Own analytics for a product area or business domain
Define and track key metrics, KPIs, and success indicators
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics
Validate data quality and highlight inconsistencies or risks
Use AI tools to speed up analysis and communicate insights

Technical Overview

You will perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and hypothesis-driven analysis, build and maintain dashboards and self-service analytics, and partner with Product and Engineering to evaluate experiments. You will also validate data quality and maintain data integrity while using AI tools to support faster insight discovery and storytelling.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a Senior Data Analyst with 5+ years of data analytics experience who can independently manage analytics projects end-to-end. They are strong in exploratory data analysis (EDA), hypothesis-driven analysis, defining KPIs and success metrics, validating data quality, and communicating insights clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders—while responsibly using AI tools to accelerate work.
