Senior Data Analyst, GTM Analytics

Senior Data Analyst for GTM Analytics at Recharge, partnering with GTM leadership and the central Data & Analytics team. You will build dbt models and Looker reporting, then apply SQL/Python analysis to drive forecasting, pipeline/funnel performance insights, and AI-first data product delivery.

• Build durable, documented, tested dbt models for GTM reporting
• Create Looker explores, dashboards, and standardized reporting for self-serve
• Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and model documentation
• Use SQL (and Python as needed) to analyze trends and diagnose performance drivers
• Leverage LLMs/AI to design and ship data products that improve time-to-insight

Analytics engineering in dbt to produce durable, documented, tested dimensional models that power GTM metrics. Reporting and self-serve enablement via Looker explores/dashboards, supported by SQL analysis and optional Python, plus AI-first data product work using LLMs/AI.

The ideal candidate is a Senior Data Analyst who has built analytics engineering models in dbt and delivered scalable reporting in Looker for GTM teams. They are strong in SQL (with Python as needed), can design dimensional metrics and “one version of the truth” datasets, and have an AI-first mindset to ship data products using LLMs/AI that improve time-to-insight and self-serve adoption.
