About this role
Senior data privacy regulatory specialist to develop and integrate privacy policies, perform PIAs, interpret laws, and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure privacy program compliance across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently assist the Data Privacy Office with privacy policies and procedures
- Perform PIAs to assess privacy risk
- Interpret laws and provide guidance on processing activities
- Coordinate with global data owners, Compliance, IT, Legal, Security, EU DPO
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy awareness
Technical Overview
Scope includes GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, GLBA, ISO; privacy by design and data lifecycle; OneTrust and Visio usage; cross-border transfer and consent management guidance.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior data privacy professional with 5+ years of experience in GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, GLBA, and ISO, plus a CIPP certification. They are adept at performing PIAs, interpreting privacy laws, and coordinating with global stakeholders to ensure compliant data processing.
