About this role
Senior Data Solution Developer will design and implement robust data pipelines and data platforms for Commercial IT, enabling forecasting, optimization, and real-time decision support in energy trading.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and workflow orchestration systems
- Collaborate with data architects and analysts to translate requirements into end-to-end data solutions
- Build and maintain scalable data infrastructure including data warehouses, data lakes, and streaming systems
- Implement data quality validation, monitoring, and automated recovery
- Monitor analytics models performance
Technical Overview
Stack includes Python, SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, REST APIs (Flask/FastAPI), and cloud DevOps (Azure/AWS); experience with CI/CD, Docker, Terraform, and data governance.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior data solution developer with 5+ years of Python data engineering experience in energy trading, strong SQL and cloud data platform familiarity, and hands-on CI/CD and DevOps know-how.
