About this role
Lead development operations as a Senior Development Manager or Development Manager, overseeing donor portfolios and fundraising initiatives, including grant writing, donor communications, and donor database management; supervise staff as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide project management of donor cultivation and engagement activities
- Identify and connect with priority prospects
- Develop fundraising messaging and materials
- Execute fundraising plans for individual and alternative streams
- Oversee donor database and write grant proposals
Technical Overview
Experience with donor CRM systems (GiveButter, Salesmate); fundraising strategy and data analysis; governance of donor data; cross-functional collaboration; DEI-focused development practices
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced nonprofit development professional (3-5 years) with fundraising and donor management experience, strong project and people management, and a demonstrated commitment to DEI.
