Lead development operations as a Senior Development Manager or Development Manager, overseeing donor portfolios and fundraising initiatives, including grant writing, donor communications, and donor database management; supervise staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Provide project management of donor cultivation and engagement activities

Develop fundraising messaging and materials
Execute fundraising plans for individual and alternative streams
Oversee donor database and write grant proposals
