About this role
Lead the design and execution of scalable, data-driven digital engagement programs for post-sale customer success. Own integrated campaigns across email and in-app to drive adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, and expansion awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute integrated digital engagement campaigns
- Own campaign strategy, planning, execution, and optimization across email and in-app
- Build scalable lifecycle programs based on customer segments and usage signals
- Partner with Customer Success, Product Marketing, Sales, and Support to align messaging and targeting
- Track, analyze, and report engagement performance, adoption indicators, and lifecycle impact
Technical Overview
Own lifecycle and engagement campaign strategy, planning, execution, and optimization using customer segments, usage signals, and measurable performance reporting. Manage lead and engagement flows and partner across teams to align targeting, messaging, and timing throughout the customer lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is a senior customer success digital engagement leader who has designed and executed scalable, data-driven lifecycle campaigns across email and in-app. They are strong in customer segmentation, adoption measurement, and reporting on engagement performance to improve renewal readiness and long-term retention across the customer lifecycle.
