About this role

Caterpillar is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead strategy and delivery for an enterprise integration platform connecting dealer systems, ERP platforms, and digital products. The role owns product vision, roadmap, backlog, and ensures scalable, secure, reliable integration capabilities through cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Product Vision (roadmap, product outcomes)
  • Drive Delivery Excellence (backlog, requirements, acceptance criteria, success metrics)
  • Lead Through Influence (voice of customer, influence architectural decisions)
  • Enable Platform Governance (standards/patterns, reduce fragmentation)
  • Partner with engineering and stakeholders for quality, reliability, security

Technical Overview

You will define and drive an enterprise-grade integration service using APIs, event-driven integrations, and data sharing at enterprise scale. The role focuses on distributed systems integration, scalability/reliability tradeoffs, and platform governance standards for security, performance, and operational readiness.
