About this role
Lead financial transformation advisory work for Premier clients by selling and delivering consulting engagements and overseeing service line performance. Manage a large book of business, lead engagements up to $250k+, and provide clinical/technical oversight to influence decisions and improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell and deliver comprehensive consulting projects and large engagements up to $250k+
- Manage service line performance (offerings, sales/business development, quality, customer satisfaction)
- Actively grow the entire Premier portfolio
- Lead engagements and act as subject matter expert for deep technical/clinical involvement
- Provide clinical/technical oversight to staff developing engagement materials, events, initiatives, committees, meetings, and presentations
Technical Overview
This role is not software-focused; it centers on advisory delivery and service line execution. It requires subject-matter leadership for financial transformation work, including clinical/technical oversight, document/materials development, and performance management (revenue, margin, utilization, and customer satisfaction).
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior advisory/consulting leader with 10+ years of applicable experience managing a book of business and delivering comprehensive consulting projects. They have strong client relationship-building and presentation skills, with the ability to lead engagements up to $250k+ and provide clinical/technical oversight, including RN licensure and Lean Six Sigma training.
