About this role
Senior leadership role responsible for the brand and creative strategy at Braze, serving as the bridge between the creative team and internal partners to identify opportunities and craft briefs. Will lead and mentor a team of strategists across product launches, campaigns, events, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a key member of the brand leadership and work with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities and drive brand work
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of strategists
- Own the process of creating and developing core brand strategy
- Scope programs of work with partners to provide strategic insight and direction
- Proactively identify new products and campaign opportunities within the business

Scope includes integrating brand strategy with product and experience initiatives, translating strategic recommendations into impactful experiences and services, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to generate original insights.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior brand/creative strategist with 12+ years in both in-house and agency settings who can lead a team of 3 strategists, translate strategic insights into brand and product experiences, and confidently present to the CEO.
