About this role

Leads the development and maturation of Paradigm’s enterprise business intelligence and analytics infrastructure. Owns the BI CI/CD framework using Azure DevOps and Git, ensuring ETL, warehouses, semantic models, and Power BI reporting are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned to healthcare business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and execute BI strategy and roadmap aligned to enterprise and healthcare requirements
  • Oversee lifecycle of BI assets including ETL, data warehouses, semantic models, and Power BI dashboards
  • Own BI CI/CD framework using Azure DevOps and Git with automated testing and deployment pipelines
  • Partner on ETL development, data modeling, performance tuning, security, and platform enhancements within SQL Server and Azure
  • Lead and mentor BI developers; establish data governance and compliance standards for analytics assets

Technical Overview

Drives end-to-end lifecycle management of BI assets including ETL pipelines, data warehouses, semantic models, and Power BI dashboards. Establishes BI analytics CI/CD with Azure DevOps and Git, and collaborates with IT and data architecture teams on SQL Server and Azure-based data modeling, performance tuning, and security.

The ideal candidate is a senior BI leader with strong experience in the Microsoft BI stack, including ETL, data warehousing, OLAP, and Power BI reporting. They have proven expertise owning BI CI/CD using Azure DevOps and Git, and can lead governance, security, performance tuning, and stakeholder-driven analytics delivery in a healthcare environment.
