About this role
Senior Director of Product Management leads Data 360 Segmentation & Activation, defining vision and roadmap for segmentation and real-time activation across enterprise marketing and CRM, embedded with Agentforce and Data 360 platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive long-term vision and roadmap for Data 360 Segmentation and Activation
- Own full product lifecycle from discovery through adoption
- Engage with enterprise customers and partners
- Partner with Engineering, UX, Data Science, and Architecture teams
- Influence product direction based on field deployments
Technical Overview
Owns end-to-end product lifecycle for data segmentation/activation; collaborates with Engineering, UX, Data Science, and Architecture; integrates with Salesforce CRM and other enterprise platforms; emphasizes privacy and real-time capabilities.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an executive-level leader with at least 5 years of direct people management and deep experience in SCM/ERP/MES. They should have hands-on experience deploying AI/agentic platforms at scale, be proficient in Python/JavaScript/Apex/Java, and drive product strategy for Salesforce's Data 360 Segmentation & Activation and Agentforce Supply Chain.
