About this role

This role leads the strategy, governance, and performance of Lexipol’s internal technology ecosystem. You will manage a large internal software portfolio and drive adoption, optimization, and lifecycle management, including responsible AI capability evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

Own internal technology stack strategy and governance
Manage a 300+ software vendor portfolio
Establish decision frameworks for selecting/implementing/optimizing/sunsetting platforms
Drive adoption and lifecycle management across internal systems
Evaluate and guide responsible AI adoption with Head of AI and Head of IT

Technical Overview

You will oversee internal platforms supporting revenue, finance, marketing, operations, and corporate functions, ensuring scalability and measurable business value. The position includes governing platform selection through implementation, optimization, and sunsetting, and partnering with AI/IT leaders to guide internal AI adoption.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an executive-level technology leader with deep experience governing and optimizing an internal technology stack and software portfolio across business functions. They have managed large vendor portfolios (300+ vendors) and driven measurable value through scalable implementations, adoption programs, and lifecycle management, including evaluating and guiding AI capabilities responsibly.
