Senior Director Meeting Management leads the Account Services team to oversee pharmaceutical meeting programs, ensuring flawless live and virtual meetings, revenue targets, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the meeting management team and portfolio of pharmaceutical meetings
- Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to direct and indirect reports
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate hotel contracts
- Review statements of work and budgets with Business Development
- Ensure compliance governance and on-time delivery of programs
Technical Overview
Experience in life sciences events, pharma meetings, SOW review, vendor management; using Office 365 for project tracking; strong budgeting and compliance governance.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior-level director with 14+ years of medical events management, oncology experience preferred, capable of leading a large account services team to deliver high-volume live and virtual pharmaceutical meetings with strong vendor and budget management.
