Senior Director, Software Development and Engineering

This is a senior leadership role responsible for technical direction, delivery, and long-term strategy for enterprise software applications. The director will oversee multiple development teams, define engineering standards, and ensure scalable and secure cloud-based solutions for Specialty Access and Affordability Solutions.

• Oversee and mentor engineering managers and teams across product lines, Define and enforce technology standards and methodologies, Develop and manage budgets and timelines for engineering delivery, Lead technical strategy aligned to SAAS business goals, Partner with CMM Principal Architect(s) to design scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise software

You will lead architecture and delivery for enterprise-level applications built on cloud-based solutions, using microservices and event-driven streaming architectures. The scope includes defining security and scalability fundamentals, partnering with CMM Principal Architect(s), and driving technical best practices across engineering teams.

The ideal candidate is a senior engineering leader who can manage multiple teams and product lines while setting technology standards and delivering enterprise software strategy. They have strong experience with cloud-based solutions, microservices, and event-driven streaming architectures, and they can develop budgets and timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
