About this role
Lead civil/structural engineering project execution under general supervision, ensuring successful completion across all phases. Produce and review design work, documentation, and structural deliverables; perform design reviews and vendor compliance evaluations; and support technical issue resolution during construction and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute civil/structural engineering projects
- Develop and oversee design tasks (modeling, calculations, drawings, specifications) with revision control
- Prepare and review technical documentation and reports
- Conduct design reviews and evaluate vendor proposals for code/standards compliance
- Use engineering software for modeling/simulation/analysis and resolve construction/commissioning technical issues

This role focuses on structural design execution including modeling, calculations, drawings, and specifications, supported by engineering software for simulation and analysis. Deliverables include 3D models, steel and concrete drawings, connection details, Bills of Material (BOMs), and Engineering Work Packages (EWPs), with structural analysis software used to interpret results and develop design recommendations.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior civil/structural engineer with a Civil or Structural Engineering degree and 5+ years of related experience (or a Master’s degree with 3+ years). They can produce structural deliverables including 3D models, steel and concrete drawings, connection details, Bills of Material (BOMs), and Engineering Work Packages (EWPs). They are comfortable using structural analysis software to interpret results and develop design recommendations, and they support design reviews, vendor proposal evaluations, and construction/commissioning technical issue resolution.
