This role owns ICE's CI/CD strategy and release engineering, driving build, deployment, and lifecycle management across bare metal, virtualized, and containerized environments. It blends hands-on work with strategic planning to deliver scalable release processes company-wide.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with dev, engineering, and ops to build CI/CD strategy
Enhance developer experience by simplifying build and code promotion
Review tools and gaps; implement reusable CI/CD templates and automation scripts
Deploy and manage apps in Kubernetes environments; Helm charts and namespace management
Collaborate on Kubernetes-based build & deployment strategies and orchestration

Technical Overview

Stack includes CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Artifactory), build systems (Gradle, Maven, Conan, MSBuild), scripting (Bash, Groovy, PowerShell), container platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, Podman), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).

The ideal candidate is a senior DevOps/Release Engineer with 7+ years of experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines across Windows/Linux and containerized environments, strong Kubernetes expertise, and a track record delivering scalable release infrastructure.
