Senior Engineer - T&S Engineering Programs

This Senior Engineer role within T&S Engineering Programs focuses on executing reliability engineering programs by converting approved strategies into actionable scopes and coordinated field work. The position also develops technical studies and documentation, reviews project financials, and ensures reliability improvements are delivered safely and in alignment with engineering standards and regulatory requirements.

• Lead execution of reliability engineering programs and workstreams
• Convert approved strategies/designs into executable scopes, schedules, and technical work plans
• Develop studies, design documents, performance assessments, and integrated systems analysis
• Coordinate crossfunctional stakeholders to resolve execution challenges
• Review financial data and ensure safe, efficient, regulatory-aligned reliability improvements

The role develops studies, plans, criteria, specifications, calculations, evaluations, design documents, performance assessments, and integrated systems analysis for electric generation/transmission/distribution, gas, and telecommunication systems. It leads execution by creating executable scopes, schedules, and technical work plans, and reviews budget and actual costs while coordinating crossfunctional stakeholders through licensing, construction, commissioning, and operations/maintenance.
