About this role
Senior Enterprise Agile Coach supports Erie’s Business Agility transformation, partnering with product teams to build agile practices and governance; helps mature product management and engineering practices to deliver value faster.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports creation of maturity plans around processes, mindsets, behaviors, and competencies
- Collaborates with the Director and product teams to support implementation of scale and continuous improvement practices
- Establishes communication with customers and stakeholders via presentations and KPI reports
- Participates in EPLT and Steering Committee
- Institutes design, lean, agile, lean portfolio management, and six sigma/continuous improvement practices
Technical Overview
Focus on Agile methods (Scrum/Ka nban/SAFe), Lean, Design Thinking; helps implement DevOps, CI/CD, and measurement of agility outcomes; uses design thinking to drive innovation and customer-centered solutions.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise agility coach with 4+ years driving agile transformations in large organizations, strong coaching and change management skills, and a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
