Senior Epic Bridges Analyst responsible for architecture of Epic interoperability and leading complex interface projects in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of complex interfaces, including bidirectional integrations, FHIR APIs, and cloud-based web services
  • Drive the interface project lifecycle for enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Final escalation point for Cloverleaf and Bridges engine errors; perform root-cause analysis
  • Develop and maintain the Master Interface Spreadsheet and standard naming conventions; establish Best Practices for error handling and alerting
  • Act as the primary liaison between clinical leadership, third-party vendors, and the Epic Technical Coordinator
