About this role
Senior Epic Bridges Analyst responsible for architecture of Epic interoperability and leading complex interface projects in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of complex interfaces, including bidirectional integrations, FHIR APIs, and cloud-based web services
- Drive the interface project lifecycle for enterprise-wide initiatives
- Final escalation point for Cloverleaf and Bridges engine errors; perform root-cause analysis
- Develop and maintain the Master Interface Spreadsheet and standard naming conventions; establish Best Practices for error handling and alerting
- Act as the primary liaison between clinical leadership, third-party vendors, and the Epic Technical Coordinator
Technical Overview
Focus on Epic Bridges integration, HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, EDI X12, XML, Cloverleaf/Cloverleaf Level 2 certification, Beaker/Willow familiarity, and cloud integration (Azure, AWS) with cloud-based web services.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior Epic Bridges integration expert with 6+ years of Bridges build and support experience and a proven track record delivering full-cycle implementations. They possess expert HL7 (v2/v3), FHIR, EDI (X12), and XML skills, healthcare IT background, and Bridges/Cloverleaf certifications, with cloud experience (Azure/Amazon Web Services) and familiarity with Beaker/Willow modules.
