About this role
The Senior Executive Casino Host owns strategic relationships for 300–500 VIP players and drives growth through in-person and phone-based sales. The role focuses on revenue generation, loyalty building, and consistent high-touch customer service while using property partners and technical tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Own VIP account development for 300–500 VIP players
- Generate casino revenue using active databases and creative marketing programs
- Maintain VIP relationships through phone and in-person contact
- Recruit VIP players using transportation resources and direct mail
- Deliver seamless, end-to-end VIP customer experiences through process-driven service
Technical Overview
The position requires proficiency with customer Point-of-Service systems and use of active databases to support targeted marketing and recruitment. It also involves managing marketing programs and coordinating VIP outreach via direct mail and transportation resources (30-seat jet, corporate jet).
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior-level casino host/account manager with 3–5 years of casino/hotel or customer service experience, strong VIP relationship management, and the ability to generate incremental casino revenue. They are proficient with customer Point-of-Service systems and can manage time effectively while delivering an excellent, process-driven end-to-end VIP experience.
