Senior Field Service Engineer will provide complex customer support for installation, modification, repair, and preventive maintenance of Brooks Automation equipment and systems. The role operates with minimal supervision, troubleshoots complex malfunctions, coordinates work as a Local/Shift/Site Lead when needed, and delivers customer-facing status meeting updates and required service reporting.
