About this role

This role supports enterprise decision-making by leading cost benefit analyses and building financial business case models. You will partner with initiative owners to ensure business cases are complete, credible, and decision-ready, then communicate tradeoffs and recommendations to executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cost benefit analyses for enterprise initiatives including benefits and cost estimates
  • Build and maintain business case models (NPV, payback, MIRR, sensitivity/scenario analysis)
  • Partner with initiative owners to ensure business cases are complete and decision-ready
  • Deliver executive-ready summaries translating financial analysis into recommendations
  • Support ad hoc financial analyses across the enterprise

Technical Overview

You will use financial modeling techniques (NPV, payback, MIRR) and perform sensitivity and scenario analysis in Excel to quantify costs, benefits, timing, assumptions, and variance drivers. The work includes portfolio-level performance insights and operational support for ad hoc financial analysis across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate is a senior-level financial analyst with strong experience performing cost benefit analysis (CBA) and building initiative business case models using NPV, payback, and MIRR. They are highly proficient in Excel and can translate financial analysis into executive-ready recommendations while partnering cross-functionally across an enterprise.
