FLUXX is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to design, build, and scale Grantseeker Pro and related products. The role includes contributing to system architecture, writing well-tested frontend and backend code, and mentoring other engineers through code reviews.

Technical Overview

This is a remote full-time senior engineering role focused on fullstack feature development using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL. The engineer will help drive architectural decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability while improving development processes and engineering standards.

The ideal candidate is a senior fullstack engineer with 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, strong React/TypeScript/JavaScript skills, and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL. They are comfortable owning features end-to-end, contributing to system architecture for scalability and reliability, and raising engineering quality through code reviews and mentoring.
