Senior eDiscovery Support Analyst role providing advanced support for Relativity Server and RelOne, troubleshooting across Windows/Linux environments, and coordinating incidents to meet enterprise SLAs in a remote, global setting.

Technical Overview
Hands-on eDiscovery platform support with Relativity Server and RelOne; Windows/Linux/SQL Server expertise; Azure knowledge; serviceNow and incident management familiarity.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior ediscovery support analyst with 5+ years of hands-on Relativity Server experience (2021+), strong Windows/Linux/SQL Server skills, and experience supporting enterprise customers under strict SLAs. Familiarity with RelOne, ServiceNow, and Azure is a plus, with a proactive approach to incident resolution in a remote, global environment.
