Relevant Healthcare Technologies is seeking a Senior Health Center Analytics Consultant to lead health center implementations and provide consultative analytics support. The role focuses on extracting, cleaning, and analyzing EHR data with SQL, building reports and data visualizations, and training health center data teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead new health center implementations including stakeholder meetings and EHR data extraction and analysis; Provide consultative analytics support including data initiatives, reports, and data visualizations; Deliver advanced training and technical assistance to health center data teams; Improve analytics platform features based on customer feedback and market research; Develop and maintain long-standing client relationships built on solving data and reporting problems

Technical Overview

You will support an analytics platform by conducting stakeholder meetings, extracting and cleaning EHR data, and writing substantial SQL using subqueries, temp tables, and window functions. You will also design and execute data initiatives, create reporting and visualizations, and feed platform improvements from customer feedback and industry best practices.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior analytics professional with at least 4+ years extracting clinical, operational, and financial data from electronic health record systems. They have strong SQL skills (including subqueries, temp tables, and window functions), excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record leading health center implementations and providing consultative analytics support.
