Senior Health Data Analyst - Payer supports data collection, quality, governance, and analysis for payer data within Veeva’s Compass data platform, focusing on US payer data and healthcare data transformations.

• Collect and Maintain Source Data: Identify new data sources and opportunities for automation to ensure all information remains accurate and current
• Analyze Data Quality: Execute ongoing quality improvement plan to refine matching process and reduce unmapped data
• Establish Governance Standards: Define and maintain standards, documentation, and stewardship models for the payer data domain
• Stay Current on the Payer Landscape: Track market trends to assess impact on data products
• Collaborate on Platform Improvements: Partner with PMs, engineers, and analysts to build scalable automated processes for trusted data delivery

Role requires strong SQL querying for large datasets, data governance and quality assurance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable payer data solutions; Python and Sigma are nice-to-have.

The ideal candidate is a senior data analyst with 4+ years of healthcare data experience and 2+ years focused on payer data. They should be proficient in SQL and data governance, and comfortable collaborating across product, engineering, and analytics teams in a remote, SaaS environment.
