About this role
Senior HRIS Analyst (Product Manager, Workday) leads Workday configuration and testing across multiple HR modules and partners with COEs/HRBPs to drive HR service delivery improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead configuration, testing, validation, and deployment of system changes across multiple Workday modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Talent, and Advanced Compensation
- Own complex business process designs, configuration logic, calculated fields, and mass data updates
- Consult with COEs and HRBPs; translate requirements and provide guidance on optimization
- Workday releases, evaluate functionality and prioritize enhancements
- Lead testing and UAT; ensure data governance and security updates

Ideal Candidate
