Technical Overview
Focus on AI/data talent strategy, FLIGHT DECK lean practices, organizational design, workforce planning, and collaboration with HR COEs; hybrid work arrangement with global scope.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior HR business partner with at least 10 years of HR experience, preferably in technology or data-focused environments, capable of leading talent strategy, succession planning, and workforce design for aerospace/global teams.
