About this role
This role leads complex, high-visibility HR initiatives and translates project charters into executable plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes. You will partner with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-wide HR programs, manage change management/adoption planning, and consult to build HR capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-risk, and high-visibility HR initiatives.
- Translate project charters into clear project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive execution excellence across multiple workstreams (scope, timeline, budget, quality).
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate with insights and recommendations.
- Support change management and adoption planning to ensure sustained outcomes
Technical Overview
While not software engineering, the position requires demonstrated experience leading HR technology or vendor-implemented solutions. The work includes disciplined project execution across multiple workstreams with budget, scope, timeline, quality management, and executive stakeholder communication.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior HR project management professional with 7-10 years of progressive project management experience and 5+ years in Human Resources. They have led large-scale, cross-functional HR initiatives—especially HR technology or vendor-implemented solutions—while demonstrating strong executive communication and disciplined risk/change management.
Must-Have Skills
