Senior IAM Security Analyst leads development and coordination of security programs to safeguard St. Jude's information assets, focusing on IAM controls, risk management, and ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Key Responsibilities

Independently lead activities related to assigned project/area
Lead security controls implementation and risk management processes
Guide and direct team members on security issues
Participate in cross-functional meetings to gather security requirements
Train users on security controls

Technical Overview

Security program leadership with hands-on IAM tooling (Entra ID, Okta, Ping, Duo, SecureAuth); PAM; SailPoint/Saviynt governance; cloud security and IT risk; healthcare security practices; certification-driven expertise.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior IAM security professional with 4+ years in security, healthcare IT experience, and strong hands-on experience with identity platforms (Entra ID, Okta, Ping, Duo). They should have PAM and IAM governance expertise and relevant certification.
