About this role
Senior information security engineer responsible for supporting and enhancing enterprise SWG and proxy services in a regulated, large-scale environment, with hands-on policy design, onboarding, incident response, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational and engineering support for enterprise SWG and proxy services
- Design, implement, test, and maintain proxy/web security policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve proxy issues
- Participate in security incident response activities
- Review and correlate logs for incident investigations
Technical Overview
Technical scope includes SWG/proxy platforms, SSL inspection, URL filtering, authentication and directory integrations, and cloud proxy platforms (Netskope/Zscaler). Uses Splunk for log analysis and supports SSE/ZTNA concepts in a production setting.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a hands-on security engineer with 4+ years of information security experience and 2+ years administering SWG/proxy platforms in production. They should be proficient with Netskope or Zscaler, Splunk, and SSE/ZTNA concepts in a production, regulated environment.
