About this role
Assembly Board Engineer responsible for defining equipment/tooling needs, supporting changes and new projects, and ensuring the acquisition, installation, and validation of assembly tooling and equipment across Lear Morocco plants.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead installation and validation of assembly tooling
- Manage equipment ordering and supplier relationships
- Transfer equipment between Lear plants
- Develop tooling for manufacturing process
- Optimize plant layout for production flow

Scope includes wiring activities, tooling development, equipment transfers, and plant layout optimization with focus on continuous improvement and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in an automotive manufacturing environment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level manufacturing engineer with 5 years of wiring experience, adept at setting up assembly tooling, optimizing layouts, and driving continuous improvement in a Moroccan automotive plant; bilingual in English and French.
