About this role

The Senior IT Manager plans, designs, implements, and supports all IT systems and infrastructure for a large manufacturing facility within a global organization. The role focuses on secure, cost-effective technology operations, high availability/performance, and continuous improvement of IT and enterprise applications (including ERP).

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive IT strategy aligned with business goals
Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure operations (servers, networks, storage, endpoints, telecom, wireless, mobile)
Optimize enterprise systems including Active Directory, firewalls, remote access, email, file services, and telephony
Ensure cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery to protect business continuity
Manage business applications environment including ERP, third-party bolt-ons, customizations, reporting, and enhancements

Technical Overview

You will own end-to-end infrastructure operations across servers, networks, storage, endpoints, telecom, wireless, and mobile technologies. The environment centers on Active Directory, firewalls, remote access, email/file services/telephony, plus cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery programs and ERP/business application management with consultants and third-party bolt-ons.
