Key Responsibilities

Lead complex initiatives on selected domains
Define resource utilization improvements
Lead, design, develop, test and implement applications and system components
Mentor junior engineers

The ideal candidate is a senior Java software engineer with 4+ years in Spring Boot, JPA, and microservices, plus 2+ years of React.js. They should have strong Capital Markets domain experience (pricing/risk, trade lifecycle) and hands-on skills in Kubernetes/OpenShift, Kafka, and SDLC tooling (Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, Confluence).
