About this role

We are seeking a Senior Lead DevOps Engineer for our DevSecOps team to shape how we automate software deployment and instance lifecycle management. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders across the organization to plan, develop, and implement automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Work under agile principles in a CI/CD environment
Participate in meetings to discuss architectural decisions
Develop reusable software components and tools for DevOps
Mentor and train other DevOps engineers
Identify and integrate open source technologies and cloud services

Technical Overview

Scope includes deploying and managing production systems on cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP), building reusable software components for DevOps, and integrating with Jira/Confluence for project visibility. Strong emphasis on CI/CD tooling and open source technologies.

The ideal candidate is a senior lead DevOps engineer with 10+ years of software development and operations experience, strong CI/CD expertise, and hands-on cloud experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP. The role requires mentoring capabilities and a focus on DevSecOps practices.
