About this role
Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Contract) to own activation journeys and omni-channel lifecycle programs for Upstart's Personal Loans and Small Dollar Loans. Lead the ideation, launch, and optimization of journeys via email, SMS, push, and VoApps.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth from new and existing customers via omni-channel journeys
- End-to-end execution including business strategy definition, creative strategy, success metrics, and read-out of results
- Create detailed requirements for projects including audience criteria and if/then logic
- Size and estimate potential project impact on CAC, revenue, and other KPIs
- Build testing roadmap and iterate journeys
Technical Overview
CRM and lifecycle tooling with Iterable; use BI tools (Looker, Mode) to measure results; define audience criteria and if/then logic; data-driven testing and KPI readouts.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior lifecycle marketer with 4+ years in lifecycle marketing, hands-on Iterable, and data-driven insights experience in fintech/lending.
