About this role
Serve as a senior mainframe security engineer supporting a mainframe identity platform for Identity Access Management needs. Engineer security for RACF and CICS security databases, automate testing, and provide operational support for change and incident management.

- Engineer security for RACF Security Database and CICS Security Sub-System database
- Automate component & integration tests
- Investigate and resolve user/system security issues
- Provide operational support with change and incident management processes
- Collaborate with tech leads for integrated end-to-end design and delivery
Technical Overview
Own security engineering for RACF Security Database and CICS Security Sub-System database on IBM z/OS. Apply CICS Transaction Security and z/OS knowledge (RACF, TSO, ISPF, SDSF, JCL) while automating component and integration tests and troubleshooting security issues.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior mainframe security engineer with 3+ years of CICS Transaction Security experience and strong IBM z/OS fundamentals, including RACF, TSO, ISPF, SDSF, and JCL. They are automation-focused, responsible for RACF Security Database and CICS Security Sub-System security engineering, and can investigate and resolve user/system security issues.
