About this role
Amazon is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead site-based maintenance operations and develop the next generation of maintenance leaders. The role owns preventative maintenance programs, budget/capital planning, safety compliance, and operational excellence while managing both proactive planning and emergency response.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and drive continuous improvement
- maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and safe work practices
- Manage vendor relationships, coordinate contractors, and guide equipment end-of-life decisions using ROI analysis
