Senior Manager, Analytical AI Forecasting and Predictive Solutions leads data science and forecasting initiatives across forecasting applications, focusing on commercial demand and enterprise forecasting improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribution to Analytical AI Community
- Develop, implement, maintain AI forecasting solutions
- Monitor model performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Commercial, Market Access, and Analytics
- Design experiments to validate models
Technical Overview
Develops advanced forecasting models with statistical and ML techniques; uses Python/R, SQL, Tableau; works with cloud platforms AWS/Azure; mentors junior scientists; communicates results to finance, marketing, and analytics teams.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a data scientist/forecasting expert with 3+ years of advanced analytics experience, proficient in Python/R, SQL, Tableau, and cloud environments, and able to drive pharmaceutical forecasting initiatives in a healthcare/biopharma setting.
Must-Have Skills
BA/BS required (quantitative area of study preferred). MBA or other graduate degree preferred.Proficiency in Python/RSQLTableauand MS Office Suite.Experience with Git and cloud-based environments (AWSAzure) and/or experience in commercial forecasting is preferred.Excellent communication and presentation skillswith a proven ability to explain complex analyses and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics and data science. Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical forecasting is preferred.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience in operating largecomplex projects with multi-functional team members.
